I am an extremely picky customer, and my orders are often complicated and highly detailed. They will, as other reviewers have also said, bend over backwards to make my order perfect. Even if I submit shoddy artwork and make changes at the last minute! :-)
Diane will also work with customers to help design custom images. She has created some wonderful artwork for me and has taken some awful sketches and made them work beautifully. I can't wait to try out the new direct printing method they are now offering."
